Pumpkin Seed Oil, I came across this amazing oil about two months ago and started using it because of what I read about the health benefits. I knew it might be something that could help our dog but also us. I like it because it is food. It has a high concentration of phytosterol levels in the oil and I knew it would be good for prostate and bladder function and could help with Cholesterol levels, too. Let alone help ease my arthritis because of its anti-inflammatory properties and I learned it might help prevent kidney stones. Not to mention it is supposed to be very good for both skin and hair health. Those are just some of the benefits this oil can help you with.
I eat organic pumpkin seeds, especially in the morning because I tend to run lower on Magnesium. When I eat a least a quarter cup of pumpkin seeds, I always feel better and get a lift. Pumpkin oil has Magnesium in it, as well as, many other vitamins and minerals. So I knew the oil would be a good fit for us.
So check it out more. Do your homework. Go to seedoilcompany.com and you can learn more about this wonderful oil. It is not expensive, but it might help you and your furry pets.
I would start slow with it and see how you react or your dog reacts to it. I start slow on everything with supplements. Everyone and every pet is different, all individuals. I think you will be happy you did.
Here is one more extra little tip. Something to try if you have a seizure dog. Try Raw Honey to stop a seizure. I would put it on their lip so it will absorb into the body. Never give anything in the mouth or throat if they are having a seizure. Go to earthlink.com and check out their blog about seizures in dogs.
