Payson, AZ May 15, 2022 This Sunday in 2022 should have been one for the history books. A political action committee called, SAVE the VOTE, PAC put together a top notch show that was like non other Payson has ever hosted. One of the creators of the event, Kim Nichols said, “Our elections are the life force of our democracy. They allow the people to have a say about what direction our town and country are headed. Without free and fair elections we are no longer a constitutional republic. We have lost our country.”
One would think the town and the political groups in Payson would have been excited to support an event that was geared to be such a benefit to the people. However, the team met resistance from the town, our own Gila County Republican Committee, and Mayor Tom Morrissey. Tom Morrissey was quoted saying, “I don’t want anything to do with that event.” Why? Is he not concerned about our elections being secure? Why when Kris Morrissey is actually the head of voter integrity for northern Arizona for the GOP? Why would the Morrissey’s be so against having candidates come to Payson and speak about voter integrity?
The GCRC even admitted to starting a rumor that Kari Lake was not attending the rally trying to discredit the group. At a veterans meeting Lori Mills was witnessed by several attendees saying, “Don’t give any money to a any PAC promoting election integrity.”
Fortunately the SAVE the VOTE team maintained their professionalism and ignored the covert conspiracies against them. Despite the desperate efforts to discredit the group SAVE the VOTE has become a force to be reckoned with as they are getting the word out that Gila County was not exempt from voter fraud. They are supported by the Arizona Republican Assembly (AZRA) a rapidly growing republican group with a Chapter in Payson. They have helped register people to vote and are actively informing the citizenry of security measures like don’t mail your ballot, walk it into the polling place on election day, Aug. 2, 2022.

During the 5 hour long event it became more and more obvious with each speaker that we cannot continue as before with elections inn Gila County. Each speaker spoke about different subject matter and each had a piece of the puzzle that came together at the conclusion of the event empowering all who were there to get involved.
How did Save the Vote pick such an impressive group of political speakers you ask? They were pre qualified per their mission statement as follows:
“SAVE the VOTE, PAC is a Political Action Committee dedicated to promoting and supporting candidates who are true servants of the people, who have strong conservative and constitutional values, and believe in preserving our God given rights. Candidates that understand without our right to secure and accurate elections we have lost our republic. Some candidates claim they stand for the same words. We dig deep to qualify candidates based on the actions of the individual, not just their words.”
It is under this criteria the organizers started seeking out qualified candidates. The list eventually grew to include the following:
KARI LAKE for Governor of AZ
MARK FINCHEM for AZ SEC. of State
ABE HAMADEH for AZ Attorney General
WENDY ROGERS for AZ Senate LD7
LIZ HARRIS for AZ House LD13
RON WATKINS for Congress CD2
JOHN FILLMORE for AZ House LD7
SHERY SAPIR for AZ Superintendent of Public Instruction
SHERRA KISSEE for Gila County Supervisor D1
DOUG LAIRD for Mayor of Payson
JIM FERRIS for Payson Town Council
STEVE OTTO for Payson Town Council
SUZY TUBBS for Payson Town Council
Those that were asked that did not participate include: Paul Gosar, Walt Blackman, Sonny Borrelli, Eli Crane, Kelly Townsend, Tom Morrissey and Jim Lamon.
The speakers came to Payson from around the state to talk about what they are doing to protect your vote and ensure voter integrity. The highlight of the evening were the two experts SAVE the VOTE brought to Payson Captain Seth Keshel a former US military intelligence officer from Texas and Dr. Douglas Frank a 40 year modeler of elections.

Breech of voter privacy
Statistical impossibilities
6,052 voter roll anomalies

Unobserved Ballot Counting
Vote counting rooms were announced as “closed down” and yet counting continued, without independent observers present. This occurred in Pima County, Coconino County, and Maricopa County – which combined, reach into hundreds of thousands of ballots. In Gila County the cameras were not transmitting to the public.
Who are the enemy?
Is it the Democrats? NO. It’s the hundreds of establishment politicians namely Secretaries of State who have an “R” in front of their name until they get elected then they perform as Democrats. Before Thanksgiving Mike Lindell and team put together a lawsuit called the Halderman Report. The key to file the lawsuit was to have the Attorneys General from around the country. The night before they were to file the head of the GOP called every Attorney Generals and threatened to pull all support from them if the signed that report/lawsuit. Read the Report HERE. Ballot Harvesting
Eye-witness testimony of highly-secretive and suspicious activity at Wigwam Resort, Litchfield, Arizona in Sept 2020, two months prior to the election, that appeared to be a significant election fraud and ballot harvesting operation, with two large ballrooms full of equipment, and transporting ballots between Arizona and Georgia. The witness was former Police Detective Gerald Buglione.
Seth Keshel’s Trend Analysis
Former US military intelligence officer and statistical analyst Seth Keshel analyzed the trends of voter registrations versus actual votes and discovered alarming anomalies in a number of counties, ones that defy typical historical trends. He has published a report for every state, indicating which counties’ vote counts align with the trend in voter Seth Keshel’s estimates are based on the percentage of voters who are registered to each party (where it’s possible to obtain this information) compared to the actual votes for each party. He examined these party trends over the last two decades, as well as population growth, which brought to light the strange and statistically unlikely outliers and anomalies that occurred in 2020. We explain this process, step by step, with visual examples, in our guide How to Predict Election Results Using Registration Data, so that you can investigate the numbers for yourself.

Bloated Voter Rolls
In Oct 2020, a month before the election, Judicial Watch released a study that found 353 US counties in 29 states had voter registration rates exceeding 100% of the eligible voting-age citizens.
In Arizona the following counties exceeded 100%: Santa Cruz County (107%); Apache County (106%), Gila County had 6,052 more votes than were registered the total was more voters than the 2020 census had eligible.
While this could be a symptom of poor clean-up of voter rolls — where voters that have died or moved interstate are left on the rolls for extended periods of time — it creates significant opportunity for fraudulent ballots to be submitted under the names of expired voters, making them appear legitimate. This was made even easier with the prevalence of mail-in ballots and widespread abandonment of voter ID rules which occurred in many states during the 2020 election.
The door-to-door canvassing across numerous states is proving that “phantom votes” were indeed counted for certain voters who were registered but did not themselves submit a ballot.
Research is also underway to explore disconcerting cases in some states whereby voter rolls appear to have been deliberately padded with false, duplicated, or expired records, possibly for the purpose of providing cover for fraudulent ballots. This is evidenced by graphing the changes to voter rolls over time and observing patterns which appear algorithmically-generated rather than organic, and then drilling down to identify specific anomalous records. We hope to release more findings on these anomalies in the coming weeks.
Get Involved
Volunteers are needed to help verify the irregularities found. One key way this is done is through voter canvassing, with teams analyzing the county and state records and voter rolls, and others going door-to-door to identify whether the records match the actual residents living at the address. This was Donne by several of the people on the SAVE the VOTE team. When the results were coming up with excessive anomalies they were submitted to Sadie Jo Bingham who dismissed the efforts of the canvassers.
